Medellin is approximately 119.86 kilometers from Cebu City, and to get there, you must first go to the North Bus Terminal in Mandaue City. You then have to look for an air-conditioned or a non-aircon bus that's bound for Kawit, which will directly take you to Medellin's town proper. However, you may also hire a bus that has Daanbantayan, San Remigio, or Bogo routes for tricycles are readily available there going to Kawit and other Medellin barangays. If you come from the airport, travel time via a taxi or a private vehicle may take around 3 hours. Or better yet, book a tour through the Municipal Government of Medellin to avail of their coaster transportation services.
